Career platform for students entering finance & consulting
BWL.careers is a career platform built specifically for German-speaking students pursuing roles in investment banking, consulting, and private equity. It aggregates internship and graduate openings, surfaces application deadlines, and provides structured guidance on the recruiting process.
It started as Aspyre — an IB and M&A recruiting tool that grew to around 200 monthly active users. I approached Fynn Grabowski, who was running a parallel initiative on the consulting side, and we merged both into something broader.
BWL.careers is the result: built out of genuine frustration with fragmented job boards and the lack of accessible resources for students trying to break into competitive finance and consulting roles.
